X32 ARM CPU used, high integration of hardware and more reliable;
132X64 LCD with backlit, Chinese, English or other languages display, gentle press button for operation;
Acrylic materials used for protecting LCD screen, wear and scratch resistant performance is better;
Silica gel panel and push buttons used more strong ability of adapting high-low temperature;
Has RS485 communication port and "remote controlling, remote measuring, remote communication" functions by the ModBus protocol. (which controller has RS485 port only);
With SMS (Short Message Service) function. When genset is alarming, controller can send SMS automatic to max. 5 telephone numbers. User can control or check genets by sending Short Message (which controller has GSM port only);
Has CANBUS port and can communicate with J1939 genset (which controller has CANBUS port only);
Suitable for various system of 3-phase 4-wires, 3-phase 3-wires, 1-phase 2-wires, and 2-phase 3-wire (120/240V) power, 50/60Hz;
Senses and shows gens or mains' 3-phase voltage, current, and power, frequency.
For Mains, controller has over and under voltage, over and under frequency, loss and anti-phase functions; For gens, has over and under voltage, over and under frequency, loss and anti-phase, over and anti-power, over current functions;
3 fixed sensors (temperature, oil pressure and level);
2 configurable sensors can be set as sensor of temperature or fuel level (HGM72X0 has only);
Precision measure and display parameters about Engine,
Control protection, Start & Stop genset, ATS(Auto Transfer Switch) control automatic, and has complete failure protection function;
All output ports are relay-out;
User can modify parameters and store them in internal FLASH memory; The parameters setting cannot be missed even without power; Most parameters can be set via panel of controller; And all parameters can be set via PC, which connected with USB or RS485;
More kind of curves of temperature, pressure, fuel level can be used directly and users can define the sensor curve by themselves also;
More successful start conditions (speed sensor, oil pressure, generator frequency) are optional;
Widely power supply range (8~35VDC), accommodating to different battery voltage starting environments;
HGM7200 series have functions of event logs, real-time clock, start & stop generator timing (can be set as start genset once a day/weekly/monthly whether with load or not);
Can be used in pumping sets, and using as indicating meters also (indicating and alarming only, outputs is inactive);
Have timing maintenance function. Actions (warning only or alarming stop) can be set when maintenance time up;
All parameters used digital modulation and instead of analog modulation which using conventional electronic potentiometer. More reliability and stability;
Modular design, anti-flaming ABS plastic shell, inserted type connection terminals and built-in mounting. Structure compact with easy mounting.
